We are the first hotel in babbacombe road as you leave the harbour. 'peppers' is ideally situated for restaurants. Comfort, care, plus a wonderful full english breakfast is assured at hotel peppers. Location location location.
Just 200 metres from the waters edge. The hotel was built at the turn of the century and has many period features. Situated next to restaurants and shops, the hotel is very well run by resident proprietors. Full office needs such as fax, email, etc are available. At peppers you can forget the car and walk to town with ease and enjoy the many facilities available such as harbour cruises, living coasts, babbacombe model village and other attractions. This is a non smoking hotel. Please note we do not accept any single or mixed group bookings.

If cancelled up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

From m5 Exeter to a38, follow signs for Torquay. A380, at Newton Abbot you will reach Penn Inn roundabout, take the second exit signposted Torquay a380. At the next roundabout, go straight over a3022. Do not turn right (continuation of a380). Follow a3022 into Torquay. At sixth set of lights get into right hand lane a3022 (signposted Seafront, Harbour, Paignton), follow signs to the harbour, at the clock tower by the harbour turn left, the Hotel is 200 yards up the hill on the left hand side past the traffic lights.
