The island of Texel, and this hotel, are two of the most dog-friendly places we've ever been. Getting away from everything was the whole point of our mini-break so we were really really happy to be able to take Rosie with us. It was particularly nice in the restaurant because R-dog was allowed (and there were lots of other dogs, which isn't something we see often). Dogs were allowed everywhere in the hotel. This was fantastic! The staff were also really really nice and the location was very peaceful.
Hotel Texel is characterized by its welcoming hospitality in combination with modern comforts. Relax in this charming hotel with a heated indoor pool and a fine dining restaurant.

We decided to stay a couple of nights for our anniversary. Our stay was very relaxing. The facilities were excellent, high quality and comfy. So comfy we even wanted to buy the pillows to take home. Which aparently they sell! :D

The place was very nice, the breakfast was very good. The restaurant for having dinner was next door, so very comfortable. Our room had a view at the meadow and although it was early mart we heard the birds in the afternoon as well in the evening. Very relaxing.

The room was very nice. It was clean and modern with airconditioning and a TV with lots of smart features including chromecast. The location is great right in the middle of Den Burg and close to the bus stop.
The breakfast was wonderful with lots of variation and options. Delicious yoghurt with granola and fresh fruit, pastries and fresh cuts of cheese and meat products. I really like how it was brought to each table separately.

We traveled with our dog and when we arrived there he had his own welcome package with some treats and his own towel. Very thoughtful and a nice idea.
Breakfast was small but nice, everything you need. We also had dinner once and it was very good. Overall i really liked the relaxed vibe in the hotel and during our stay. I can imagine in summer its even better with sitting outside.
This hotel really has some of the best staff in the Netherlands - we were blown away at the level of care shown to us from the moment we rolled up. They left some treats for our dog on the bed and also had a special towel for him. The food here was phenomenal and the overall experience was brilliant.

We had the most amazing time while in the Hotel. the Rooms (we had 2) were great size and exactly as expected. Room was clean and the Toilets/Bathroom was perfect and clean. Breakfast was great. Fresh and healthy and plenty of food.
Due to the corona measures, we had to pick up breakfast at the restaurant to eat in the room. It worked well and breakfast was very good. It was handy to be able to rent the bikes at the hotel
We had a lovely stay in a lovely peaceful hotel. We slept great, the only sound to hear little birds. Great that there’s a playground for kids. Food was great.
Close to the sea side, the hotel is nice a modern.
The restaurant in the hotel is very nice, that was one of our favourite parts! (both dinner and breakfast)
